About Us

You have reached Plumb-Quick. We have served Austin, Round Rock and the surrounding communities since 1998. Our company was founded by a group of business minded plumbers who had seen the shortcomings of working for a national plumbing chain and felt their customers deserved better. Our team has decades of residential and commercial Plumbing experience.

How We Do It...

We provide Plumbing repair services to both residential and commercial properties. In most cases, we provide same day service.

Over the years, our business has grown due to the relationships we have developed with our customers. As we have grown, we have found that most of our new clients come to us by referral by you. This is a result of our dedication to outstanding customer service.

Service Area

We have a large service area covering Austin, Round Rock, and these surrounding communities Pflugerville, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Hutto & more. We have clients from Williamson to Travis Counties and beyond. How do we cover such a large area? We are centrally located and have quick access to the toll roads and I-35. No matter where you are located we can and will fix your Plumbing problems.

Before calling Plumb-Quick I reached out to 6 other plumbers, it was late on a late Friday afternoon and none of the 6 were interested in the $400 repair job. I then called Plumb-Quick, which is what I should have done first. They arrived at the house within 2 hours and completed the repair about 2 hours later.

Dianne at Plumb-Quick was exceptional, she’s a true professional. I found her to be extremely polite, accommodating, thorough and honest. She successfully coordinated the arrival time and repair with our tenant and the plumber; she followed up with me when she said she would and her pricing was competitive. Our tenant was equally pleased, she gave the plumber many accolades and upon my inspection I could see why. I found his work to be perfect, especially in light of the cumbersome nature of the repairs which necessitated cutting and drilling out fixtures, etc.

What you DO NOT get with Plumb-Quick is a 1-man show that amounts to a 2-bit plumber who cherry picks his jobs! The folks at Plumb-Quick are true professionals, I highly recommend them.
